TERMS OF SERVICE

1. SELLER
This store is operated by Zsolt Bolgar, trading as Redline Riders, Römerstr. 23, 89522 Heidenheim an der Brenz, Germany, hello@redlineriders.com ("we", "us"). These terms apply to all orders placed through this store.

2. PRODUCTS
All products are printed on demand after you order. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Product details, materials and care instructions are listed on each product page.

3. CONTRACT
Our product listings are not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking "Pay now" you place a binding order. You will receive an order confirmation by email; the contract is concluded with this confirmation. The contract language is English. We store the contract text; you can view your order in the confirmation email.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation), no VAT is charged and none is shown. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order. For orders outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply and are payable by the customer. Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Production and delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to you.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our Refund Policy.

7. WARRANTY
The statutory warranty rights apply. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, please contact us at hello@redlineriders.com with your order number and a photo.

8. LIABILITY
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, texts, images and logos on this site are owned by Redline Riders. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. APPLICABLE LAW
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
