RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU customers)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zsolt Bolgar, Redline Riders, Römerstr. 23, 89522 Heidenheim an der Brenz, Germany, hello@redlineriders.com) by a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please send the goods back to the address we provide after your request, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right at no cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
